MD, first DUI, didn't blow, what to expect?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

I have court tomorow morning for my first DUI. I refused the test after failing the roadside tests. I was belligerant with the arresting officer and made numerous threats to him (this is in the police report, but not specifics).

Since my arrest (early August), I have done 10 of the 26 treatment classes, a voluntary weekend intervention rehab program, attended 3 AA meetings, and had the Interlock system installed in my car.

I have retained an attorney. She isn't making any promises saying "may have to do some weekends".

What can I expect in court? Will my proactivity have any bearing on my sentencing?

Thanks in advance, if I left anything out please feel free to ask.

What did your attorney say when you asked her this question?

Why would you think that we, who have absolutely NO knowledge of your case, can provide a better answer than your attorney??

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

OP, Is this a trial or a negotiated plea agreement? Or is it a preliminary hearing?

No one can tell you positively what the outcome will be. The fact that you have been proactive can only help your position.

It shows you accept responsibility for your actions, and this SHOULD benefit you.

Good luck.
