I'm looking for anyone who has a 2nd dui and has gotten their liscense back?
was it hard to get it? what did you give them to prove you no longer would let it happen again? did they give you a ignition lock on your car?? let me know anything; thanks

I have yet to receive mine but know plenty who have and all have the ignition lck.You will need lots of AA signatures and knowledge.Apparently they give a verbal questionaire,like recite the steps,maybe a promise or two,and they seem to be quick to judge.A friend of mine was required to 500 signatures,went there with more and they denied him for another year.The next year his priveledges were restored by step four,hygeine,clothes,and conduct like posture,assertiveness could be a benefit!

Thank you for your reply, I have since been to the appeal board and did not receive a answer yet of what they are going to do?
I was told it could take up to four weeks to get a letter in the mail stating if they will give me a license or not?
