Minor Consumption (Driver)

What is the name of your state? South Dakota
I was driving home after having two beers and came onto a checkpoint. The cop saw an empty bottle in the back end of my car and asked if i had been drinkin. I ended up blowing a .03. Now i'm only 19 and had my liscence revoked a few weeks before and was driving on a suspended drivers liscence. The cop that filled out the paper work did not include my ba and filled some stuff on my car wrong. My question is there anything i can do about fighting the minor consumption ticket since these few things were not filled out correctly and is there anything else anyone would recconmend with previous experiences?

Yes, it may make you look a little better to the judge if you were to take the time to go to the police department and help them get the paperwork right. Though I really doubt it would help much, at least it would show that you were respectful. Other than that you have pretty much a simple cut and dried case.
