What is the name of your state?My daughter got her second MIP in Michigan but she wasnt drinking she was just walking with alchol in her backpack at college back to her dorm. will she get a stiff fine and jail time or what. |

(2) What does it matter if she was drinking it or not? The law says, "In possession".
She definitely won't be going to jail. However, you need to tell her to stop getting caught.
