Minors and DWI's?What is the name of your state? Texas Quick question, can a minor under 21, be charged with a DWI? Also under the same circumstances, if a minor can be chared with a DWI, can he/she be charged with a DWI without giving a specimen? Thanks?! |

BigMistakeFlYes; it happens all the time. There were several minors in my Victim Impact Panel session, and a kid in my neighborhood was arrested for DUI at age 17. The specimen is only one piece of evidence. There is the cop's testimony, any other witnesses, possibly film from the cop's cruiser, etc. |

Does anyone talk to their children?I cannot believe this is an actual question... I dunno - If someone under the age of 21 murders someone or knocks off a bank or robs a home or molests a child, is it a crime??????? Nah - Let's just let them just go - After all, they're just KIDS! Personally, I want to be nice, but your question is just completely asinine and has nothing but ignorance written all over it!!!!!! And it scares that people like you exist. |
