MIP in the mail?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

My friend was driving and was pulled over the officer gave her the pen test and told her that she had gotten herself an dui but her friend was rude to the officer and got herself arrested she was charged with an mip and obstruction to justice. There was a lot of open beer and wine in the car and the cop poured it out.

The officer never sent another officer he arrested her friend and told her to to pull off to the side. He took down her drivers license number. Can she still get an mip or a dui in the mail?

Where else would she get it? Wadded and shoved up her left nostril?
