I think I am going to remove the travel size bottle of listerine that I keep in my car!

From the article:
"Prosecutors agreed to drop a charge of having an open intoxicant in the vehicle."

Never even crossed my mind that listerine would be considered an open intoxicant!

Actually, in all states below the Mason Dixon line, you can take your 1st cousin as long as she is under the age of 14 and above the Mason Dixon line, any unrelated female of the 'professional' persuasion as long as she grades out above a 4.
