My response:

You obviously have a difficult time obeying the rules of society, and the rules of this site. No help for you, idiot stick.

There isn't a state out there that will issue you a new license if you one you hold is suspended, revoked, etc...and an occupational, hardship, etc, isn't considered a valid license for the purpose of issuance.

I paid fines, started school, and am taking responsibility. I was wondering about what and how does stuff transfer. I am not running away from responsibility and don't approve of being called idiot stick!!!

Yes, the DUI will transfer. When you get your license in Idaho or Montana, they will pull your record from CA and will assing the points based upon their own state's rules for the violations. Thus, they may not issue you a license at all.

You don't approve?

Well, guess what? I approve of calling you an Idiot Stick. You're a lot worse, but Idiot Stick will do for now.

I don't give a damn about your sensibilities. You're a danger to society when you're drunk driving. And, you don't learn, either. Remember, this is your SECOND DUI. Normal people usually learn their lesson after the FIRST time they make a mistake. You didn't.

That qualifies you as an Idiot Stick.

You don't want to come to Idaho

Believe me, I have done all that one could do short of give them my home and my first born child. I'm sorry there are people calling names here as well.

I've made some serious errors in my judgement but at the same time I've corrected and paid heavily for them.

I've raised one son by myself(now 18) and off to school and just lost one(would have been 2 yesterday). I simply wish to get on with my life and lose the terrible experiences I've had here.

So, I hope if anyone replies to my thread, they will be helpful and not hurtfull.

I will be appreciative and gratefull for any honest help I might recieve.

Thank you

My response:

Oh, please. Do you actually believe you're the only "graduate" from the "School of Hard Knocks"? You'll get no sympathy from me, and I rather doubt from any sensible person, either.

You were drunk driving - - not once, but twice! You've got a real problem with "judgment" and "alcohol". You're such an idiot! You need to have you license revoked - - not just suspended, but completely revoked.

Three years ago I was pulled over for second DUI in Michigan and tried to get a license down in Florida. It didn't work out. I'm still going through all the bs, I finally have a "restricted" license, but I have to deal with an interlock. Blame no one but yourself.
