Moving Out of State (PA) with 1st DUI convicion

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I got a DUI convicion back in October. Now 5 months later, I have my hearing for the ARD program early this week and I start my classes this week too. Luckily, I will not lose my liscense and I'll probably get 9 months of probation. At this point, it is not very wise for me stay with my current company due to financial issues, i.e.: DUI fines, insurance costs going up, etc. Instead of working multiple jobs, I have instead started the search for a new job.

With all that said, My question is: Has anyone else in PA or a similar state moved out of state with a Dui conviction? Any special circumstances that would prevent me from not being able to?

Depending on whether your on felony, formal or informal probation, as well as the terms or conditions handed down by the court which you have to abide by while your on probation, you may first need approval from your probation officer before you can move. If your moving out of state, then you also have to deal with the new state on whether or not they will allow you to transfer your probation to their state.
