Moving violation after DUI in NJ

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey

I was cited for DUI in NJ in June of last year and due to the Chun stay, I finally ended up having to lose my license for 3 months at the end of May. I get my license back on August 29th. In the months between June and May, I was cited for driving the wrong way on a one way street in the state of DE (wasn't familiar with the area and blink your eyes and you'd miss the tiny one way sign, wasn't even the standard one way sign). I went to court and looked into ways of getting out of the ticket. The prosecutor told me the only way I could get out of it was if I was able to show proof that I had a clean driving recording within the last year or longer. I have some friends who are officers, so I had them check my driving record to confirm that my DUI was in fact already listed on my driving record. So my next court date for that ticket is November and I plan on just paying the ticket and accepting the points sometime before the actual court date. My question is, I believe it's 10points for a DUI violation. This ticket for the out of state violation would be 2 points and I know 12 points is the magic number for license suspension in NJ. Will I have to worry about losing my license AGAIN due to this out of state moving violation? I'm guessing timing will have something to do with this as well.

I highly doubt you will have the out of state affect your license...

Hey, by the way, your DUI in regards to the Chun case. What were you looking at if Chun didn't happen? Did you get it reduced to 3 months?
