What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

I was arrested 3 months ago, because I did a uturn but the officer told me i was speeding. I did all the fisical test and I believe from 1 to 5 I did 4. he arrest me once inside I do not recall he told me if I want to take the breathalyser, he make me do the test again the walking and standing and again I did well and I ask him if I can take the Breathalyzer he told me it was to late. even if he ask me do I have the right to ask for it if I denied?.... I remember he was recording that... what should I do? also I have a anti lock in my car can they wave that until i go to court?..
