What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina
I recently had the pleasure of being arrested for DUI in NC. I currently live in NC, but my wife an I are thinking of moving to SC in order to be closer to her family. What kind of headaches am I going to run into when trying to get a licence in SC. I'm almost certain that I will be granted a limited driving privledge, but will it be honored in SC. If not will I have to go through the SC court system to get one.
