need advice

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada

I need some advice as I do not know what to do. I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona, but I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada 3 years ago. The last DUI I got in Arizona was in 2001. I now got a DUI in Las Vegas 3 and half months ago, but my court date is still months away. Now here is my dilemma, I went back to Phoenix last week to see my friends. I ended up racking a whole bunch of charges while I was there. I had no idea there was a "super dui" charge as there was not one when I left Phoenix. My readings were .317 at the road side, and .329 on the Intoxilyzer machine. I also got charged with drinking while driving as I had an open bottle of Bacardi 151 that I was drinking. I never got a Nevada license, and the Arizona police took my license on the spot. I am now back in Las Vegas, and I am clueless what to do as I have open cases in both states. I am poor, and cannot afford an attorney either. I know this is going to be really bad, but I did it to myself. Can anyone give me any relevant advice on what to do?

If you cannot afford an attorney, in the COURTS opinion. One will be appointed for you, either free of charge or at a reduced cost.

You need an attorney.

and that is the only nice thing that I can think of to say to you.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. Does anyone know if I can take care of all this in Nevada? That is my main concern. For example, It is my understanding that I am going to have to serve 2 days in jail for my DUI in Nevada, and 45 days for the DUI in Arizona. Can I do all of this in Nevada

NOPe. You will need to go to Arizona as that is where one of your crimes was. You are poor but apparently can afford copious amounts of liquor. Nice. Even with an attorney you will be expected to appear OR you will have a warrant issued for your arrest.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.

Since your Nevada case is months away, Go to Arizona and get that over with. Hit AA and get it together. Start paying on fines when you get out. Sober 25 yrs here and loving it! Watch other people act stupid while you drink tea, It's fun.
