What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I posted a thread earlier about getting a complaint for my second dui. I went to court today on jan 7th at 2pm. The clerk advised me that no complaint or citation was in the system. I was like are you serious? Shes like yea. So they gave me a paper that stated that I appeared on my scheduled court date and advised me to call the court back if I had any inquiries. What does this mean? Dismissed? Dont they have to legally serve me now in person? Advise needed thx..
