I need a way to get from my house to school and home to work is a moped allowed in this scenerio or anything besides a normal bicycle? Thanks, Ryan |

| You can WALK. A moped has a motor and is a vehicle hence it is a motor vehicle and you cannot drive it. You can also take a bus. |

| Bike it Baby! That's what I did during my suspension and I got in great shape and lost 35 lbs. Just don't drink and ride. You can get a DUI on a bicycle. ![]() |

BigMistakeFlI suggest you do not operate any motor vehicle on the streets while your license is suspended. It stinks, yes, but a good bike or public transportation, or hitching rides with friends will get you through. Going anywhere in violation of your probation or in violation of a suspension would only make you far more miserable. It's not worth the risk. |
