Need help on transportation, moped ready

What is the name of your state? Kansas

I need to figure out if I can use a moped as I am in college and have had my license revoked till Dec 06' and after that I will be able to drive just with a interlock device. I need a way to get from my house to school and home to work is a moped allowed in this scenerio or anything besides a normal bicycle?

Thanks,
Ryan

You can WALK. A moped has a motor and is a vehicle hence it is a motor vehicle and you cannot drive it. You can also take a bus.

Bike it Baby! That's what I did during my suspension and I got in great shape and lost 35 lbs.

Just don't drink and ride. You can get a DUI on a bicycle.

I suggest you do not operate any motor vehicle on the streets while your license is suspended. It stinks, yes, but a good bike or public transportation, or hitching rides with friends will get you through. Going anywhere in violation of your probation or in violation of a suspension would only make you far more miserable. It's not worth the risk.
