| New possibility of work licenses in NJ?
New Jersey.
I used to work with a fellow a few months back who had lost his driving license because of a DUI. I remember him talking about New Jersey possibly passing a bill that would allow work licenses under very strict control (meaning you can only operate a vehicle registered in your name with a breathalyzer attached to it so you can't possibly be drunk and behind the wheel, and only to and from work, etc.) Well now I work with a different fellow who has been without his license for 2 years. I didn't want to mention it to him for fear that this isn't a possibility at all (I don't want to get his hopes up). Has anyone heard anything about NJ passing a law like this in the near future? If anyone knows anything I'd like to hear it. Thanks! |
