I was recently stopped at a license check in North Carolina and got a DWI, however I have a South Carolina issued drivers license.. How does this affect my license status in South Carolina?

Once you get convicted NC will report that to SC who will likely also suspend your license (1 year for first offense). Your permission to drive in NC is probably already suspended (do not drive there). Contact a attorney in the county you were charged.
