old warrant help,please

What is the name of your state?PA

What is the name of your state?pennsylvania
ok, heres the deal,i have 2 old cases dating back to 1998 and 99 the first is for driving w/ susp. license, no insurance,no reg. and the 2nd is for dwi and leaving the scene(hit a parked car) now, the 1st one i had payment arrangements on the tickets and never followed through with paying, and the 2nd case i never went to court for.My question is do the bench warrants have a statute of limitations?and also whats my best course of action to take care of this mess and make everything straight? any help is greatly appreciated.
