What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
I received a ticket for open intoxicants in MI. I was a passenger in the car and went and paid the fine because there was open beers in the car but I was not drinking. I am currently on a restricted license because of two previous DUI's. I have had the breathalyzer on my car and am now in the process of getting my license fully restored. But now I am wondering with this charge, will it affect my restricted license that I currently have even though I was a passenger?

It might or it might not.

I imagine you were supposed to keep your nose clean. I don't know if this will qualify as being dirty enough.
