What is the name of your state? Indiana, On May 28, 2005 I was arrested for OWI. My driving privileges were suspended on June 10, 2005 for 90 days. On July 10, 2005 I got a ticket for operating a jet ski without a drivers license. Which im not the owner of the jet ski and did not know this was the law. My question is how will this effect me, I am eligible for reinstatement on Sept 8, 2005. What are the laws on this is it like operating a vehicle without a license? DNR Law Enforcement Division said its a non-moving violation, State of Indiana says its operating a water craft without a license. The top of the ticket says its a class A infraction. The ticket needs to be paid by Aug 15, 2005, or do i need an attorney.

WOW, I quess you told me. I was just asking a simple question. What is the charge for operating a jet ski without a license? This is a class A infraction,a non-moving violation not a misdemeanor. I was just wanting to know what to expect with this. When I went to court for my owi I went without an attorney, did not fight it, I knew what I had done was wrong. I did not even say a word to the judge. I got 180 days license suspension $436.50 fine and 180 days in jail, and did not say a word. I did the crime and I'm doing my time. I'm trying to find out if I will get more time suspended on my license. SSSOOOORRRRRRRRY!!! for asking. You probably dont know anyway.
