Orally Restricted License ??What is the name of your state? CA I was reviewing my court documents on my DUI and it states the following: "DRIVER'S LICENSE ORALLY RESTRICTED FOR A PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS. DRIVE TO & FROM EMPLOYMENT & DURING COURSE OF EMPLOYMENT; TO & FROM TREATMENT PROGRAM" I have not received anything from the DMV, does anyone know what this means? |

BigMistakeFlIt means that even though it appears you still have your license, the DMV computer will likely show that your license is restricted now. You can only drive as per those instructions. The thing is, if you get pulled over for anything, it's between you and the cop. He gets to decide if you're really driving per your restrictions or in violation, which is driving with a suspended license. |
