OUI 2nd Offense

Wisconsin

First off, I know what she did was wrong and she gets what she deserves. So I would appreciate replies if you know the answer. If you want to make a snide comment, please don't. Anyway, My sister was arrested with a .20 BAC over a year ago. The catch was she had 3 children under the age of 10 in the vehicle with her. She was stopped 2 times following that with Driving after revocation. She just recently got her Occupational License back and then was stopped on her way home with a BAC of .21. She also was fined for Operating After Revo and Driving on her Occupational License. I need to know how much jail time she will get.

My response:

You're right. I could make some downright nasty and snide remarks about your sister.

But, I won't.

However, she's looking at 5 to 8 years in the Penitentiary, and the absolute loss of her children - - assuming she hasn't already lost them.

your right

ok, I realize you have no patience for anyone that does that. I do not either, but you can't put your own family out. I just wanted to know what to expect, whether I would have to be visiting her in jail for the next year.

My response:

I already told you she's headed for prison. Whether you want to visit her is completely up to you.
