Out of Country DUI/DWI

What is the name of your state? Arizona

Two years ago (2004) blew .108 in Arizona and am a resident of India. I could not deal with it as I had already gone back to India and didnt have enough money.

I have couple of questions:
1) Can I get this thing resolved?
2) If I travel to US, will I be arrested at the aiport??

Anyone have any advice? All the sites seem owned by lawyers who though well informed, are reasonably biased toward acquiring my limited means.

Thanks

Re

You will not be arrrested at the airport. If you are just visiting the country, you should be fine as long as you don't get into a situation in which law enforcement will be required.
