Out of State DUI License Suspension

What is the name of your state? PA, VA

Hey All, does anyone have any experience with a DUI conviction in VA and how it was handled or transferred over to PA (home state)? Did PA find out? If yes, when did they find out and what action did they take? Please post only if you have solid knowledge on the subject.

Once PA finds out they will assess the same penalties as if the offense took place in PA. That's 2 months suspension for the first offense (or 12 if a high BAC).
