Over the limit and underage, but free to go

What is the name of your state? Minnesota

So last night I was at a party and I was drinking a little whiskey and I felt normal and certainly not drunk, But the party was just to get busted the time everyone was about to leave. So sheriffs had about 9 to 10 cars pulled over a stretch of highway that the party was on, and they were pulling every car over on that highway. So as I was getting pulled over I was very nervous because it had only been an hour if not less since my last drink and I'm only 16 so if I blew anything over .01 I would be screwed. So the officer asks me if I was looking for a party and I said I was just leaving one, then he asked if I had been drinking and I denied it, so he came back and asks me to take a breathalyzer..I do and I blew a .09..So expecting the worst I say do you want to arrest me now?...He then says "No, you were driving just fine before I pulled you over, so just get this truck home and consider yourself very lucky" I was stunned I thought I wouldn't even be able to drive again until I was 18..Something interesting is a buddy of mine also drove and he blew a .08 and was arrested, but by a different sheriff!..Also most of the kids at the party got underages...

exactly, and my point is that I have learned my lesson and the consequences could have been alot worst, and its not worth driving even after a few drinks.
