I have an OVI case and an agreement has been reached at the pretrial. I am awaiting my Change of Plea court date which I believe is the same as the sentencing date. My question is I know it is possible to get continuances for pretrials, trials, however is it possible to get a continuance for a sentencing date(change of plea)?
