PA Drivers License Record after Expungement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

I was arrested in 2001 for DUI. I completed the ARD program and my records were expunged. I served a 30 day drivers license suspension in 2002. At that time, PA's drivers license history showed 7 years of history which would have expired by now. In 2003, PA increased that history to 10 years.

Can I have my drivers license record cleared in PA since my suspension was served prior to the change?

I got my first DUI in 2000. I was informed by PennDot this year that it will drop off on 11/23/2010. Exactly 10 years after I was charged with my first one. I received a second in NJ in 2008, so right now I have two. After that date in 2010, I will have one.

it really doesnty matter you only get hit for 3 years by insurance. so it in terms of money isnt not effecting you..

did you do a 10 year history on penn dots web site to see if it still on there?
