Pardon on DWI

What is the name of your state?TX How does one go about getting a pardon for a Felony DWI 10 years ago? Is it possible to have record expunged? All help greatly appreciated.

Write your govenor, and explain the details of your situation. He will then take the information and decide if you meet the requirments for a full pardon..
While your at it ask him for a concelled weapons permit and a get out of jail coupon. So you wont have to bother him again if you find yourself in a similar situation...
