Question

past DUI..moved...now what?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?CA
I got a DUI in 95 in CA. I didnt complete the required first offender driver program by 1 class. Still suspended there. Moved to Ohio a couple years ago and now want to get my DL here. What do I have to do in order to find out how to clear things there to get a DL here?

Call the licensing authority in California and make sure you get in writing what you need to do.

They may tell you to surrender.

There is probably a warrant for your arrest and your driver's license may be suspended.
