pending dui charhes in different state

What is the name of your state? Indiana, i have been convicted of 3 dui's.i was also a suspect in a hit and run bet never convicted because i left the state. it has been 7-8 years ago when i was charged.im now living in NC and have gotten a little older and smarter.i have been completely sober for almost 6 years and want to get my situation dealt with and possibly get a liscense back someday.im not really sure where to start or even how to find a lawyer to deal with this since im in a different state now.any info would be appreciated.thanks
