Person UNDER 21 - CA DMV - .019 BAC - NEED HELPWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California Past Situation: To make a long story short, I was pulled over last year in June 2007 and was 20 at the time (5 days before I became 21) and blew a .019. Anyways I received an admin per se form and was in violation to 23136 and nothing else. Present Situation: Now that my year of suspension has expired, I am so confused as what I do next. Do I need an SR-22 form (I hope not) or do I just need to pay the re-issue fee? Please if anyone knows what I need to do or can help me...please post...I can't find anything on the web!! Thanks so much |

| Call the DMV and ask.

| Very negatively, most likely.
