In Missouri, United States. I was arrested for DWI and I did take the breath test. It was well over the legal limit. I have not had any priors and no tickets for 20 years. It was a stupid and costly mistake. I can not afford a lawyer, and I make too much to get a state appointed lawyer. Do I really need a lawyer? Does anyone have some advice, been through the same thing, etc?
