Possession Citation, Under 21

What is the name of your state? MD

Sorry if this doesn't technically fit under this category, but it was the closest one i could find.

I was with some people recently at a football game who were drinking beer (I wasn't) and an officer spotted us. When he came over our way, everyone ran and ditched their alcohol. I stayed there (I figured I'm innocent, so why run?) and was given a citation for possession of alcohol while under 21. The officer didn't give me a breathalizer or anything, so needless to say, I'm completely confused.

Was the officer supposed to measure my BAC? Did I do what I was supposed to? How do you think this will go over at my court date?
ANY help would be MUCH appreciated

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
