Possible early termination of probation?

I was arrested for DUI last August. My BAC was .08, I was in a minor non- injury accident as I left a friends house at about 1 am (I was alone) I hit a fence post and my front tire was stuck in a drainage ditch. I waited for PD and actually was on the phone with their dispatch as the officers arrived. As I was being written up for a citaiton regarding hitting the fence and the officer had me call my girlfriend for a ride home (he asked me if I could still drive my truck) , a sergeant pulled up and asked the officer on scene why I was eating sunflower seeds (which I eat pretty much 24/7) the sergeant than gave me the breathalyzer test which was .08. I went to court and my attorney recommended a wet/reckless plea on a "C" count the A and B were not guilty and aquitted to allow me to keep my drivers license and retain my job which I would have lost with a one month or longer suspension. My question is will a court even consider an early termination of informal probation? I have completed all the other requirements, also I would like to get this expunged as I have some promotional applications that I will need to fill out next year and don't really want to list this incident on the application.
