Possible MIP (Washington State)

What is the name of your state? Washington

Ok, so I know this was the stupidest thing anyone could have possibly done but I drank very heavily a few nights ago and happen to go outside completely blacked out. I dont remember a thing, that doesnt really matter I guess because my real question is: I have had an MIP in the past 6 months and am still on probation, if I got one this night I dont remember, how would I find out about it? Arent I supposed to be taken to jail for probation violation?

Cool

Huh?

First and foremost, where did you wake up? If you recieved a MIP ticket, you should be sitting in jail currently on a probation violation, awaiting a hearing concerning that violation. You should have recieved a packet of information that includes the officer's report, arrest report, and subsequent reports from a hospital if you were unconscious as you say you were. Otherwise, I would call the local sheriff's office and, sounding as stupid as possible, ask. They'll tell you, or even call the county courthouse, see if it has been filed.
If you're on probation, your probation will likely be revoked. You will spend a few weeks if not 180 days in jail, depending on the capacity of your county jail or whether your county has a work-release facility. Enjoy your time now, it could be a long summer.
