Ptr

Indiana. I was placed on probation in October 2004 for 3 yrs. for a felony owi. I violated my 3 mos. house arrest and did 3 mos. in jail instead, and placed back on probation. I have been out of jail since Feb. 2005 and am back on probation. Last month I was arrested for a PI in a county that was not my sentencing county. I have informed my probation officer of my arrest and he has put in a request for a PTR. Should I expect to serve my entire suspended sentence? Part of it? What typically happens in these situations?

Q: Should I expect to serve my entire suspended sentence?

A: It's possible. You have demonstrated quite clearly that you do not want probation.
