No its a good thing to be pubilcy humiliated.

You did something stoooopid.

You could have called a cab, or maybe one of your buds, or even your wife to pick you up, but you didnt.

Next time drink at home, or find a bar close enough to home you can walk to, or better yet find someone like my brother who gets invited all over the place, he's always out partying, always has girl friends, becuase he is the non-drinking designated driver!!!!

neat kewl

Stupid is as stupid does

People like you shouldn't be allowed out of thier house...

If you are stupid enough to do something like that, not only did you deserve to be humiliated, you deserved your picture in the paper-

the real question should be this: Will you do it again?

If the answer is no, then maybe you learned a valuable lesson and saved not only your life, but someone else's as well.

If the answer is yes, then you are studier than Sadam.

"isnt this enough?"
*** To some (usually those whose picture is printed), yes. To the rest of society, probably not.

"are there laws against public humiliation?"
*** No. And especially when it was brought on by your own conduct. And even if there was, in reporting the 'news', the paper would be exempt.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

quit crying

You got what you deserved. You were arrested for a DUI because you were DUI. You were over the limit. You are minimizing your accountability. One tenth over the limit is still over the limit. If you wouldn't have been drinking and than driving you wouldn't have been arrested for it. Are you going to drink and drive again?
