Within this system you have no rights, unless you can afford to. Second, our criminal law is based on what is known as "Credability". It's your word against an officer of the (LAW). But I'm sure you're learning as you go. I wish you luck, but advise you not to waste your money or your time fighting what can't be fought.
Such is life in the United States, Capitalism talks, everything else is unheard. For all those who read this in disbelief, learn a little will yah! |

| | | | What HomeGuru failed to mention is that if you take your case to trial you will most likely be offered a nice plea. DA's do not want to waste time on petty cases and will be more than happy to keep you out of trial. |

| | | HG, come on, "Credability" is when someone has had 10 drinks in an hour, smoked a joint, is lying face down in a puddle of their own urine and claims they were unjustly arrested by a cop that smelled alcohol on their breath. | |
