Public Intoxication Arrest Options

What is the name of your state? TEXAS
From NJ and got arrested for Public Intoxication in Texas.
I need to go back to NJ.....
If you do not appear in in court for a Public Intoxication Arrest what would happen.
Or Can I do something from NJ to resolve the situation??
Resolving it here what would be the most likely fine?

An FTA (Failure to Appear) warrant will be issued for your arrest. And yes, it could even 'reach' to NJ.

You can contact the court and ask them to accept your guilty plea by mail.... and pay the fine.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Most likely, you'll be fined. I wouldn't worry about it. You are not worth the effort to Texas. Just pay the fine.
