question

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? AZ

I am 18 years old. Last night i was pulled and the officer cited me with "operating a motor vehicle under the age of 21 with alchohol in system." Is this the same as a DWI should i get a lawyer for it? I blew a .07 in the pbt.
