Question about drivers licence suspensionWhat is the name of your state? IL Is it true that I will automaticly suspended for 30 days without driving period? Even to work or school?? I am talking about after my 45 day driving permit I got at the station. Is there anything my lawer can do or is that the law and no way around it. Thanks |

BigMistakeFlIt varies by state. Call the adminstrative offices of the DMV and speak with someone who knows the scoop. In Florida, you get a thirty day "hard" suspension between your temporary license following arrest and the time you may apply for a hardship or restricted license. If you refused the breath test or roadsides, that "hard" suspension is 90 days. You count the actual days too, not three months or one calendar month. |
