R.i.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I got into a bike accident on SAt. nite...I was un-conscious .....I woke up in the hospital sunday morning with no arrest or sitations...i never even see a cop..the hospital toxialogy report had me over the legal limit...I think i heard them say .28...No cops were ever there and i was let go from the hospital last nite.... Can I be charged with a dui ....?...It was a pretty bad crash i'll be needing major surgery on one of my limbs.. | That alone is a miracle. The S.O.L. is far longer than 3 days. I would expect charges.
