rearended in parking lot, called cops, arrested for DUI

Was at a friends apt. He asked if I could move my car to another parking spot... went out.. person rearended me. I called the police, they came saw that I was inebriated, Read my rights, They gave the keys to my friend to park my car.. no ??'s asked just took me in and I blew a .2 because of recent drinks I just had.. There for about an hour while doing the BAC test.. then they drove me back to my friends apartment. What Is the legalality of this offense, and what steps do I need to take in order for this to go away?
