    reckless citation interesting

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

I received citation for reckless driving, wasnt clocked. refused to test (didnt know the consequences)..

After talking with my lawyer, noticed that citation had one officer's name/badge and later it was scratched off and other officers name/badge was written over.

what does it mean to the case? do both officers have to be present to testify at admin hearing and trial?

    anyone with similar experience?

    Scratch

I think the one whose name remains is the one that counts, but you may well find both of them testify against you. You should go with the answer your lawyer gave you when you posed this question to him / her. It's not a loophole, however, that will make this go away.

    Thanks BigMistakeFl.

My lawyer said it was odd and didnt understand why the cop did that. He said my odds are good at admin hearing but I will confirm the details.

    DMV Hearing

I don't know many people who have prevailed at the DMV hearing, unless the cop doesn't show up, which would be unusual. The up side is your lawyer might get his hands on all the evidence (to-date) that the prosecution has against you. The down side is that in some states, this serves to delay the "hard" suspension of your license.
