Recommendation for a good dui attorney in LA?

What is the name of your state? CA
Blew 0.12. first time. No accidents or speeding. Did the breath test. First time anything. Can you please recommend a really good attorney in Los Angeles that can get my case dismissed? There are too many here and I can't make out which one is the best.

Also do you know if I decide to go on trial, will i get in more problem if I don't win?

There's really no way anyone would know what your results will be if it goes to trial.

Off the record, I've heard that penalties can be harsh if a DUI case goes to trial, is slam-dunked by the prosecution, and you wasted the court's and jury's time. But with every case, you should consider how likely your chances of prevailing in front of an actual jury.
