Record keeping by Police, Written down? Recorded? Where? What is the name of your state? FL Do the police usually write down everything that is said during stop in DUI cases? If so, where? Do they write this down on the police report? Do they record specifics about the FST somewhere (besides the video)--like in a Narrative? What about the police's observations during the stop? Does all this information get put into the police report, or somewhere else? Also, in the state of Florida--I believe is unlawful to record audio without all party consent....Does this also apply to Law Enforcement Officers? (probably not, but worth the ask!) Thanks, Arthur |
