The plea is immaterial, he was found guilty. The judge had discretion in fine and/or jail time, but the suspension must occur at that point.

Thanks again for the feedback! That is my I hope and intent, to challenge the stop. Just gotta get a lawyer!

His only real hope is to be found not guilty for some reason. I've seen the probable cause challenged before, but it is rough. .
