refused chemical test.. what now


What is the name of your state? MO

i know ill lose the liscense for a year, thats fine...

what are the criminal side effects of this?

Was this your first DUI arrest? Have you refused testing before? What are the circumstances of this arrest?

nope


1 prior conviction..

third arrest...

the first one arrest was taken care of SIS

2nd one a BAC (the conviction)

i refused to blow and said i was on med.s .....which i was allegra and an antibiotic... he pulled me over for weaving, i failed the straight line test and the balance test, i think i passed the eyeball test. NO video survielence however.. when we got back to the station i refused the breathalyzer and they sent me on my way.

ps.. i didnt sign either of the tickets (maybe i can get this to void it i dont know)

1 the dwi
1 the swerving ticket

Wishful thinking. You didn't sign either of the tickets. If the officer said you refused them he could have arrested you. You signing or not signing the tickets has no bearing -- that is just used as a form of proof that you got the ticket. It is not proof that you did or did not commit the crime.

either way i hope i get out of this one...

i already plan on not ever drinking again..

this was my wake up call..
