Reinstating License in another State

What is the name of your state? CA
Received DUI in CA and completed requirements. Have received letter reinstating license and requirement of SR22 but have now moved to TN.

Do I have to reinstate in CA or can I apply in TN (resident) with reinstatement letter from CA?
Since TN law suspends for 1 year vs CA 4 months, will TN law apply?
Is SR22 still required in TN?
