What is the name of your state? Arizona

I got an agrivated DUI in 2005 and got my licence revoked in 2006. I called the DMV, they told me it is revoked for 3 years because my DUI was a felony.
The judge said that by successfully completing probation and all the terms of my sentence I can apply to change it from a felony to a misdemeanor.

So my question is: If I do turn it into a misdemeanor, will the DMV let me reinstate my licence earlierr than 3 years?

Thanks in advance for any help or info on this.

You need to make that request (reducing charge) to the court.

I have no clue if the DMV will cut you a break.

A lawyer familiar with DUI issues in AZ would help (did you have one the first time in court?)
